Ofudesaki Part 13 is an outline of the 13th part of the Ofudesaki. This outline is based on what appears in Thoughts on a Thematic Outline of the Ofudesaki by the second Shinbashira Shozen Nakayama. Part 13 was written in 1877.

Part 13: This part explains the Salvation Service in greater detail than does Part 2. The meaning of “Tsukihi withdraws” is explained not only as the stopping of the providence within the body but also as Oyasama’s withdrawal from physical life. In anticipation of the impending advent of the important time, we strongly feel the urgency of the situation where there is no time at all to waver.

The 5th day, 5th month

1. Free yourself from human through and set about performing the Salvation Service as taught by Oyasama. Tsukihi will withdraw if you deny the teachings of Oyasama 9, 10–1, 12, 13, 14
2. Admonition in order to make people listen to Oyasama’s teachings 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20
3. The Joyous Service and sweeping the dust away 21–2, 23, 24–5, 26, 27
4. The truth if the origin and founding of the teachings 28, 29, 30, 31

From the 16th day
