If all the world comes to help one another, sekaijū tagai ni tasuke suru nara ba せかいぢう たがいにたすけ するならば
Tsukihi will accept all your minds. Tsukihi mo kokoro mina hikiukeru 月日も心 みなひきうける
If Tsukihi accepts your minds, Tsukihi ni mo kokoro hikiukesuru kara wa 月日にも 心ひきうけ するからわ
I will work in all matters whatever. donna koto demo hataraki o suru どんな事でも はたらきをする

Third Edition

If all people of the whole world help each other, I, Tsukihi, will heartily take charge of any and everything.

When I, Tsukihi, heartily take charge of, I will work My omnipotence on whatever kinds of things.

Inoue/Eynon

If all of you worldwide work for mutual salvation, I, Tsuki-Hi, shall accept all of your hearts.

Once I, Tsuki-Hi, accept your hearts, I shall reveal My work through everything.
