Commentary by Yoshitaro Ueda (2008)
From Michi no Dai: Foundation of the Path 33:54
God has already spoken about “the test for proof,” which refers to testing something or putting something to the proof. What God says and teaches should be put to the proof. The verse means that, although God has spoken about the test for proof, people have no idea what that means and do not even know what the Kanrodai is all about.
God has been saying that establishing the Kanrodai will enable this world to settle and that this will be proved by indisputable facts. Yet, as the facts have not been shown, people have been ignorant of what God meant.
