6:18, 19 Once the ten Service performers have assembled and their minds have been accepted by Me, I shall gradually tell you My intention on any kind of matter.

*Note: The phrase “sincerity in the minds of the ten performers of the Service” (shinjitsu no Tsutome no ninju ju-nin) refers to the ten Service performers whose minds have been accepted by Oyagami and assigned as the ten dancers of the Service. The Joyous Service is performed with each of the ten dancers representing each aspect of the ten aspects of God's complete providence.

From Michi no dai: Foundation of the Path 35:69

The phrase “the sincerity in the minds of the ten performers of the Service” is used in reference to the true performers of the Service–which is to say, ten Service performers who accord with God the Parent’s intention. They are the ten people who perform the Kagura Service. “When God the Parent has accepted their sincere minds,” says the Scripture,...[t]hen God’s thoughts on every matter will all be explained step by step.
