5:9 Each and every person in the world naturally receives My attention as a disorder of the body when they accumulate dust in their minds.

『おふでさき註釈』、p. 74

九、世の中の者はだれでも彼でも、銘々に心に積みかねたほこりから、自然、親神の手入れとなって、身に障りがついて来るのである。

Commentary by Yoshitaro Ueda (2009)

From Michi no dai: Foundation of the Path 35:47–8

Appearing after verse 8, the phrase “no one in the world in particular” indicates that what has been talked about in the preceding verses is not limited to any specific context such as might be assumed from those verses but applies to everyone, regardless of where the person is in the world. What applies to all people is the principle that the dust of the mind manifests itself as health disorders. Consequently, the way in which God’s blessings unfold in relation to humans–including what and whether health disorders arise–will vary from person to person even within the same household depending on the dust of the mind each person has accumulated.
