5:10 All anxieties of the body are My guidance or road signs, so lean on Me and fully ponder to align your mind to My intent.

一〇、身の内の悩みは、手引き道おせなのであるから、親神にもたれてその心に添うよう、よく思案するがよい。

Commentary by Yoshitaro Ueda (2009)

From Michi no dai: Foundation of the Path 35:48

Health disorders are referred to here as “your sufferings of the body.” The verse instructs people to ponder deeply in order to perceive God the Parent’s intention embodied in such disorders. The verse also encourages them to develop “the mind that leans on God.” This mind is the opposite of what has been referred to in the phrases “self-centered concern” and “be concerned about yourself.” The verse urges people to reflect critically on their possible misuse of the mind–which is the cause of health disorders–so that they can develop a mind that accords entirely with God the Parent’s intention.
