Ofudesaki chushaku
4:23, 24 How delightful would it be to see all of you to learn and remember the hand movements of the Joyous Service each day. Those of you nearby: what are you thinking? You do not know how I anxiously await for the performers of the Service to gather in this manner as soon as possible. |

From Michi no dai: Foundation of the Path 34:43
IV:23
This verse indicates that the Service is the foundation that will allow “marvelous things” and a reliable, delightful path to come into sight. “If the hand movements of the Joyous Service are learned” or mastered, “how delighted God will be.” A satisfactory performance of the Service will allow God the Parent to be high-spirited, resulting in more and more blessings being manifested. This, in fact, is what God is looking forward to. Thus, the Ofudesaki says, “[H]ow delighted God will be.” The Service is referred to as “the Joyous Service,” so it is important to perform it in a joyous way.
IV:24
God is eagerly waiting for the full number of performers of the Service to assemble. However, those who are close by do not understand what God desires. The Ofudesaki says, “What are you thinking?” We can sense that God is feeling very impatient.
