From Michi no Dai: Foundation of the Path 33:28
Part III begins by telling us about sweeping. The phrase “from within the gate” means “from the Residence premises,” and “the structure” refers to a small hovel-like building that stood at the Residence at the time. It has been said that this building was not in accord with Oyasama’s intention. The first verse says that it should be quickly removed. Given the phrase “set about quickly,” Oyasama is urging that it be cleared away quickly, or even immediately.
