Those of Kara have entered Nihon	tōjin ga nihon no jii irikonde	とふぢんが　にほんのぢいゝ　入こんで
and their willful acts cause the anger of God.	mama ni suru no ga Kami no rippuku	まゝにするのが　神のりいふく

Ofudesaki chushaku

2:32 Those who still do not know My teachings are doing as they please, as if running rampant and infesting nihon. This is truly a source of frustration for Me. *Note: Refer to note for 2:47.

According to verse 32, those who do not understand the teachings enter Nihon and behave willfully — a situation that causes the anger of God.
