It is none other than the means to universal salvation. yorozu tasuke no moyō bakari o よろづたすけの もよふばかりを

2:9 “Universal salvation” is yorozu tasuke in Japanese, literally, myriads of salvation. Through the free and unlimited workings of God, humankind will be freed from all human sufferings and will be able to live the Joyous Life in this world, which was the intent of God in the creation.
