The reason for My hastening, if you should ask, sekikomi mo nani yue naru to yūnara ba せきこみも なにゆへなると ゆうならば
is that I desire performers for the Service. Tsutome no ninjū hoshii koto kara つとめのにんぢう ほしい事から

From Michi no dai: Foundation of the Path 32:49

II:8 After saying that God will begin unprecedented things, which God is working to hasten, the Ofudesaki tells us that the reason for this urgency is that God desires performers for the Service.
