2:4 You may ask how this Joyous Service will come about. It shall be conducted by those who have been able to replace their minds. Once this happens, the minds of those who stand in high positions will automatically become spirited. |

II:4 The verse asks us a question: Where does this Service come from? Where does it arise from? How to connect this question to the next sentence – “The people in the high places will become spirited” – is difficult. In fact, the two halves of this verse are not directly connected to each other. After asking the question – How do you think this Service will come about? – the verse does not so much directly answer the question as tell us that, through the Service, people of power and influence will become spirited. In the original, the word “kuru” is used both in the first half (“comes”) and the second half (“become”). The first step in making arrangements for the Service is to assemble its performers. This is one of the verses that are difficult to interpret.
