This opposition: if anyone becomes rampant and directs it at Me, kono iken dono yona mono ga habikarite このいけん とのよなものが はひかりて
I shall withdraw at once. yū to omoeba sugu ni shirizoku ゆふとをもゑば すぐにしりぞく

Third Edition

If anyone becomes rampant and directs an admonition to Me, I will withdraw at once.

Inoue/Eynon

If anyone should become brash enough to oppose Me, I shall immediately withdraw from that person.
