Tsukihi desires to being joyousness to all. Tsukihi yori yōkizukume to yū no o na 月日より よふきづくめと ゆうのをな
If anyone dares to stop this, the regret will grow enormous. kore tometa nara zanen ero naru これとめたなら さねんゑろなる

Third Edition

I, Tsukihi, desire you to be full of joy. If you stop Me, My regret shall become enormous.

Inoue/Eynon

I, Tsuki-Hi, desire that all of you become joyful. If this is obstructed, My disappointment will intensify.
