Tsukihi is revealed at this place and time	Tsukihi yori kono tabi koko de arawarete	月日より　このたびこゝで　あらハれて
and speaks about all matters, so that,	donna koto o hanashi suru no wa	とんな事をも　はなしするのハ

By teaching you about whatever matters step by step,	dono yōna koto mo dandan shirashitasa	とのよふな　事もたん／＼　しらしたさ
I shall make all of the Divine Record of Nihon.	nihon no Kōki mina koshiraeru	にほんのこふき　みなこしらゑる

I, Tsukihi, reveal Myself now at this place and tell you any and everything.

Because I desire to let you know any and everything, I will make all of the Kōki, the Divine Record, in the region where My teachings spread early.

My desire is to inform you, step by step, about all truths so that the entire Koki story is completed by the initiated.

11:67, 68 I revealed Myself into the open at this time at the Jiba of Origin and speak to you of all matters because I wish to inform the entire human race of all truths one by one. The truth of My single-hearted salvation will be taught, appear in nihon, and will be transmitted for eternity in this manner, creating all the Divine Records that ought to become the exemplary models for the salvation of the entire world. Refer to note for 5:31.
