|Tsukihi wa kore watashite oitanara
|月日にハ これをハたして をいたなら

|ato wa Oya yori kokoro shidai ni

I, Tsukihi, bestow this to the Parent is to bestow it to anyone at will.
Once I, Tsuki-Hi, have bestowed it upon Her, then She, as the Parent, can confer it later to deserving minds.
