A true desire of Tsukihi, God the Parent, is to “receive the shrine of each.” Ofudesaki chushaku says, “When the shrine of each has been received and the Service performers have assembled,...” From this perspective, it would be most natural to interpret the phrase “the shrine of each” to refer to each of the Service performers, who represent the principles of the instruments for creating humankind. God desires the performers of the Service to assemble.
