From Michi no dai: Foundation of the Path 35:69
The phrase “their minds” in verse 14 is now followed up in verse 15 with the phrase “innermost heart.” People’s innermost hearts–which are clouded and confused “as if in a haze”–will become purified day by day so that understanding can develop. This refers to spiritual growth. When the mind becomes clear and pure, understanding will come. When people start to understand the truth and the Parent’s intention, they will begin to see the truth or what is true. This verse reinforces the fact that an important prerequisite for understanding the truth and the Parent’s intention is for our minds or innermost hearts to become clear and pure.
