I think we can say that these verses indicate that the following two principles are one and the same; namely, the principle of the beginnings of origin whereby humankind and the world were created in the muddy ocean and the principle of the Teaching’s founding in 1838, when God the Parent became openly revealed in the world to lay the path of single-hearted salvation and, thus, started taking proactive steps toward realizing the world of the Joyous Life.
Verse 7 contains the phrase “the same as My beginning of this world.” What is it that is the same as God's “beginning of this world”? The answer is that creating a world of joyousness out of the world in which fire and water are in a chaotic state is the same in principle as creating humankind and the world in the muddy ocean. The phrase “marvelous things” in verse 7 indicates that God will do things that have never been seen or heard of before. Just as God created humankind and the world out of the muddy ocean, God will transform the world, which is in a chaotic state, into a joyous world. The essential means of doing so, says verse 8, is the Kagura Service, which is based on the truth about the beginnings of origin. In other words, these verses are saying that the chaotic world is to be reconstructed into the Joyous Life by means of the Kagura Service, whose performers symbolize by hand-gestures God the Parent’s work during creation.
