4:116–118 Because I have not informed or shown you until now My free and unlimited workings that created the world, it is not unreasonable that no one knows anything. While this may be fine during the time you are unaware of it, once I come out into the open and show you My free and unlimited workings, all human beings must hear this and fully ponder over this. I shall protect you in all matters, from illnesses and troubles, all according to your minds alone. |

IV:116
It goes without saying that God can do anything whatsoever, being the One who created the universe. Until now, however God has not shown the free and unlimited workings in a tangible way.
IV:117
Regarding any matter, given people’s lack of knowledge, it is completely understandable that they remain the same, instead of changing. Yet, once these workings are shown, then, says the next verse,
IV:118
Once God has let people know of the free and unlimited workings, they ought to share what they learned with others. The verse asks all people to ponder deeply. They should ponder over these words: “Any and all matters are according to the mind.” A later verse will say, “I shall give you My free and unlimited workings according to your mind.” We can receive any blessing whatsoever, depending only on the state of our mind. Verse 118 tells us that in all matters everything is provided in accordance with the state of our mind.
