Whatever pains, sufferings, tumors, fevers,	dono yō na itami nayami mo dekemono ya	どのよふな　いたみなやみも　でけものや
or looseness of the bowels: all are from dust.	netsu mo kudari mo mina hokori ya de	ねつもくだりも　みなほこりやで

From Michi no dai: Foundation of the Path 34:63

Sometimes, we might experience pain or develop a boil or growth. Or we may come down with a fever or diarrhea. This verse says that these occurrences are all caused by our dust of the mind.
