From Michi no dai: Foundation of the Path 34:49

The verse says to listen carefully to what God says about anything at all. The phrase “Everything depends on the mind of each of you” means that God’s blessings are received according to the state of one’s own mind. God accepts our use or handling of the mind and manifests appropriate workings or blessings.
