From Michi no dai: Foundation of the Path 34:49
The verse is saying: “Although I have tried in various ways to let you know about the path through the Ofudesaki, your failure to awaken to it is truly regrettable and makes God feel impatient.”
Despite God’s desire to help us know something, we may not be able to know it unless we ponder over it and awaken to it. To be able to awaken, it is important to ponder. Once we have awakened, we can resolve.
