From Michi no dai: Foundation of the Path 34:45
The phrase “Kara and Nihon” began to appear in part II. “Nihon” refers to those who understand or are in accordance with God the Parent’s intention. This term may also refer to their realm. The word “quickly” in verse 33 is a translation of “sumiyaka ni,” a Japanese phrase that can mean “quickly” or “clearly and completely.” Here, I take it to mean the latter. The verse is then concerned with making preparations to step by step draw a clear or complete distinction between Kara and Nihon.
