From Michi no dai: Foundation of the Path 34:38
The verse is saying that increasing numbers of people will come on “a thanksgiving pilgrimage” to express their gratitude to God the Parent. More and more people will come “whether it be night or day,” saying that they are greatly indebted to God.
The Japanese word here translated as “a thanksgiving pilgrimage” refers to a mass pilgrimage involving huge numbers of people visiting the Ise Grand Shrine to express their thanks. The verse says that something similar will happen to Jiba.
