Until now, I have often told you about My free and unlimited workings, | kore made wa jiuyo jizai tomama toke do | これまでハ ぢうよじざいと まゝとけど |
but you have seen nothing yet. | nani mo mietaru koto wa nakere do | なにもみへたる 事わなけれど |
From now on, I shall teach you everything beforehand. | kore kara wa ikana hanashi mo toki-oite | これからハ いかなはなしも ときをいて |
When seen, you will understand that I work freely and unlimitedly. | sore mieta nara jiuyo jizai ya | それみゑたなら じうよぢざいや |

3:111, 112 Although I have taught every so often until now that My workings are free and unlimited, these free and unlimited workings have never been seen by the human eye before. From now on, I shall speak of many things. You will realize clearly that My workings are free and unlimited when you see the proof before your very eyes as all that I speak about come true, one by one. |

III:111
God has often said that God’s workings are free and unlimited, yet until now no such workings have been seen tangibly.
III:112
In this portion of the Ofudesaki, the verb “see” is used frequently. A major theme here is comparing and contrasting the way things have been and the way things will be. The Ofudesaki says that God will teach all sorts of things beforehand. When they come to be seen tangibly, they will provide proof of God’s free and unlimited workings. God will speak about things that have yet to present themselves or yet to be seen and, when they come true, we can be certain that God[’s workings are] indeed free and unlimited.
