From now on, God will go forth and kore kara wa Kami ga omote i arawarete これからハ 神がをもてい あらわれて
attend to the sweeping in the mountains. yama i kakari tesōji suru zo ya 山いかゝりて そふちするぞや

From Michi no Dai: Foundation of the Path 33:41

Verse 53 says, “From now on, God will go forth,” meaning that God will openly reveal the divine workings, which is to say that God will take a positive stance in manifesting God’s workings. The phrase “mountains” means those in positions of authority and power. God will undertake to sweep their minds.
