Commentary by Yoshitaro Ueda (2008)
From Michi no Dai: Foundation of the Path 33:41
Verse 53 says, “From now on, God will go forth,” meaning that God will openly reveal the divine workings, which is to say that God will take a positive stance in manifesting God’s workings. The phrase “mountains” means those in positions of authority and power. God will undertake to sweep their minds.
