From Michi no Dai: Foundation of the Path 33:32–3
This time God teaches the path of single-hearted salvation. The phrase “beginning once more that which never existed” implies that the path of single-hearted salvation mirrors bringing about something that did not previously exist. Verse 17 makes it clear, I think, that the creation of humankind and the founding of the Teaching overlap and are, actually, one in truth. The world, which is like the muddy ocean, is to be reconstructed into the Joyous Life by manifesting once more God the Parent’s workings that created the world and humankind in the muddy ocean. I find deep meaning in the fact that the fundamental means of the path of single-hearted salvation is the Service performed by using hand movements that express God’s workings that, in the beginning, created humankind by assembling and using the instruments.
