Commentary by Yoshitaro Ueda (2008)
From Michi no dai: Foundation of the Path 32:55
God does not specify whom this instruction concerns. Whoever sees occurrences such as I have mentioned should gain a convincing insight into the truth of God’s words. What is implied is that the providence of heaven encompasses and can be understood by all people, whoever they are.
