I shall go into the water in the mountains and make it clear, yama naka no mizu no naka i to irikonde 山なかの みづの なかいと 入こんで
whatever kind of water it may be. ikanaru mizu mo sumasu koto nari いかなる水も すます事なり

Ofudesaki chushaku

2:27 I shall enter into the water in the mountains and make it clear and pure, no matter how cloudy or turbid it may be.

*Note: This verse is saying that the goal of these teachings is to purify this clouded world.

From Michi no dai: Foundation of the Path 32:52

God the Parent will personally go into the high mountains — i.e., places where the path has yet to be laid — in order to purify people’s minds.
