From Michi no dai: Foundation of the Path 32:39
1:24 The phrase “become manifest” (araware deru) means “become clear and obvious.” When God informs us by verse, it will become clear and obvious that “any illness from the mind”—i.e., all illness whatever it is, comes from one’s use of the mind. That, God says, is pitiful. I think it would be appropriate to interpret the verse in this way.
