Day by day, calm your minds firmly, My intermediaries, nichinichi ni toritsugi no hito shikkari to にち/\に とりつぎの人 しいかりと
and begin quickly. kokoro shizumete hayaku kakare yo 心しづめて はやくかゝれよ
