From Michi no dai: Foundation of the Path 35:48
After saying that depending solely on our state of mind, we can be saved from any illness, however serious it is, the Scripture now makes it clear that the mind on which salvation depends is the mind of sincerity. The verse is saying that if only the mind of sincerity is accepted God will reveal any kind of free and unlimited workings.
