4:133 Even before I began expounding this Teaching, all of you have been able to live your lives because of My protection in the same way. But because I did not tell it to anyone, there was no one who knew of My free and unlimited workings.

Commentary

Commentary by Yoshitaro Ueda (2009)

From Michi no dai: Foundation of the Path 34:68

The phrase “in the same way” implies “under the same providence of God the Parent.” Although people have always lived under the same providence of God, no one is aware of this. “None of you,” God tells people, “has known of God’s free and unlimited workings.”
