When I have discerned your mind of sincerity,	shinjitsu no kokoro misadame tsuita nara	しんぢつの　心みさだめ　ついたなら
know that I shall provide any protection.	ika na shugō mo suru to omoe yo	いかなしゆこふも　するとをもゑよ

From Michi no dai: Foundation of the Path 34:50

The verse says that once the sincerity of the mind has been discerned or ascertained, God will provide any protection or any working. The Ofudesaki is not addressing only the matter of fertilizer. God will manifest any kind of working whatsoever upon discerning the mind’s sincerity.
