4:19 Once people fully understand this path, the minds of the people of the world will become spirited.

Commentary by Yoshitaro Ueda (2008)

From Michi no dai: Foundation of the Path 34:42

The word “this” in verse 19 refers to what God has been saying. If all of it becomes reality, the minds of all people throughout the world will spontaneously become high-spirited.
