From Michi no Dai: Foundation of the Path 33:56
In contrast, God will talk beforehand about things that have yet to occur or come into being. The verse says to watch the future carefully as the things spoken about by God will undoubtedly come true. Whereas humans only talk about tangible things, God will only speak about things that cannot be seen or found. Yet those things, we are told, will come true or become realities. This refers to what we call “truth” as contrasted with “things and events.” This truth is what is behind things and events that occur. It is the fundamental truth, principle, or reason that governs them. It is because of the workings of this underlying truth that concrete or tangible phenomena occur. God will speak about the invisible truth, which will manifest itself in ways that are tangible to us. That is what this verse implies. The verse is not simply saying that God will talk about things that do not exist or are not tangible; rather, what God will talk about is the truth behind everything.
