You are saying that your leg is affected by illness. kono ashi wa yamai to yūte iru keredo このあしハ やまいとゆうて いるけれど
It is not an illness but the anger of God. yamai de wa nai Kami no rippuku やまいでハない 神のりいふく

1:32 God is feeling impatient at [ Shuji’s] condition because, although people are speaking of his condition as illness, it is in fact a manifestation of God’s anger and not an illness.
