172. Repentance for a Previous Life There once lived a daughter of a seaweed dealer in Sakai, Osaka, who was inclined to steal. Her parents reverently asked Oyasama the reason why, and Her answer was:
The parents then sincerely repented for what they had done, and their daughter was marvelously healed of the bad habit.

一七二 前生のさんげ 堺に昆布屋の娘があった。手癖が悪いので、親が願い出て、教祖に伺ったところ、
と、仰せられた。それで、親が、心からさんげしたところ、鮮やかな御守護を頂いた、という。
